Ros joined The Gateway Trust in September 2025. She is an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in driving sustainable school improvement across primary and early years settings. She brings expertise in curriculum, teaching and achievement, underpinned by evidence‑informed practice. 

Working across the Trust’s family of schools and nurseries, Ros supports leaders with curriculum development, self‑evaluation, leadership development, strategic planning, and assessment. She leads internal and peer reviews, strengthening leaders’ confidence in articulating and evidencing effective practice. 

Driven by the belief that every child deserves consistently excellent teaching, Ros is committed to building capacity, developing others and embedding long‑lasting improvement across The Gateway Trust.
