Beverley joined The Gateway Trust as Governance Professional and Compliance Lead in September 2025. She provides strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of governance, ensuring the Trust maintains high standards of accountability, transparency, and statutory compliance.

With over 25 years’ experience in the Further and Higher Education sector, Beverley brings a strong background in governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. This expertise underpins her work in policy development, statutory reporting, and adherence to national education and governance requirements.

Beverley works closely with senior leaders, the Board of Trustees, Members, and Local Governance Bodies to support strong, effective, and ethical governance across the Trust. Her work plays a key role in upholding the Trust’s commitment to robust leadership, sound decision‑making, and educational excellence for all pupils.
