Chris has spent the past 10 years in education business management, specifically working with academies. Chris was Finance and Business Manager at Cams Hill School, Fareham; a SAT with a turnover of circa £10million for seven years during which time he led on a wide variety of school business management aspects including year, month and year-end accounts, auditors, CIF and lettings.

In September 2021, Chris moved to The Gateway Trust (TGT) as Chief Operating Officer. TGT turns over £31million currently with seven schools, a nursery and a separate trading subsidiary. In the past four years, Chris has spent his time helping the trust grow from two to seven schools, also expanding the trading subsidiary to take on more nurseries and kitchens across the trust and local schools.
